Weekly Workout Rewind: Week of June 17th

What a week it has been! One of the best things about summer vacation is time. There's nothing but time on my hands these days and it's paying off when it comes to my workouts. 

It's week four of marathon training and the focus was adding some cross training to the mix. Talk about feeling the burn. Let's rewind and see how it went....

Monday: 2 mile walk with the family and dogs 
Tuesday: 4 mile run, squat workout, and a plank
Wednesday: 30 minutes on the elliptical, abs/arm workout 
Thursday: 5 mile run, squat workout, and a plank a day record....2:22...woot woot!
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: 1 mile walk with the family
Sunday: 5.5 miles and a plank

It was a great week! I'm so proud of myself because I'm the one bringing the change (and it's here to stay). Can't wait to see what next week brings!
