Weekly Workout Rewind: Week of June 24th


Another week bites the dust. I can't believe how fast time is flying these days! 

It's week five of marathon training and things have been great when it comes to running and working out. I feel so good about how I've been slowly building my mileage up over the last few weeks. My body feels good and ready for what's to come. Let's rewind and see how the week went...

Monday: 45 minute elliptical workout
Tuesday: 4.4 mile run
Wednesday: 1 hr elliptical workout (focused on legs)
Thursday: 5 mile run and a 1 mile walk with the dogs
Friday: 1 hr elliptical workout 
Saturday: 9 mile run 
Sunday: Rest day

It's amazing how keeping up with being active during the week makes my running so much easier! Next week will be double digits for my long run and I'm looking forward to it.
