Weekly Workout Rewind: Week of July 15th

                                                             


I can't believe the week is over. I was hoping to get this post written last night, but time got away from me. So instead I'm blogging from 10,000 feet on my flight to Canada. I'm headed there with my mom for a mini vacation. 


                                        
        
This week finished up week eight of marathon training. I'm amazed that two months of training have already passed. The runDisney Disneyland Half Marathon and Dumbo Challenge are getting so close now. I can't wait until it's here!! This week I got another great set of back to back runs in. Let's rewind and check it out....

Monday: 45 min on the elliptical
Tuesday: 5 mile run
Wednesday: Rest day
Thursday: 3 mile run
Friday: 12 mile run
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest


                     


I am really pleased with my training so far. I plan on hitting the gym while I'm away to keep things in check. Who knows maybe I'll be able to get outside and explore the Canadian pavement.
