Weekly Workout Rewind: Week of July 1st

I can't believe July is here! Can you believe it? Where is this year going? I knew this would be a busy week, especially with 4th of July and lots of planned activities. 

It's week six of marathon training....I can't believe six weeks of training has already flown by. With all the madness we had planned this week, I was determined to stick with my weekly workouts. Let's rewind and see how I did....

Monday: 35 min elliptical workout, arm & ab workout
Tuesday: 4.25 mile run
Wednesday: 45 min elliptical workout, ab workout
Thursday: 4 mile run
Friday: 1 hour elliptical workout, ab workout
Saturday: 10 miles (finally double digits...woot, woot!!)
Sunday: Rest day

Next week will be a little bit different. We're going out of town and I'll be in vacation mode. I'm planning on getting my runs in, but not sure I'll have access to any gym equipment. I'll have to get creative with my cross training.

  1. Nice week! I have been a slacker this past week or so, and eating habits have been bad too! Hope to do better in the coming weeks. Where are you at? Have a nice vacation!
