It's Weekly Workout Rewind time and boy am I behind! I got so caught up with writing my Disneyland blog posts, that I completely forgot to do my weekly workout post from over a week ago. So I'll be doing two posts in one today!
Week of September 2nd:
What a crazy week! During the week, I only got one 3 mile run in on Wednesday. I wish I would've done better with my shorter runs, but it took me a few days to get back in the groove from Disneyland. On Sunday, I ran 20 miles...it was my longest distance ever!
It felt so good to hit that distance, especially since I only planned on going out for 18. I was on cloud nine from this run!
Week of September 9th:
Not much to report for last week because between the rainy days and being sick, my short runs were non-existent. But I did make it out for my long run on Sunday. I did 14 miles and it felt good to be back at it.
My first full marathon is now less than 4 weeks away. It's getting so close! My goal for the next few weeks is to get my runs in and stay as healthy as I can be.
