Weekly Workout Rewind: Week of August 26th

So my Weekly Workout Rewind post is a few days overdue. Between leaving California, taking the red eye home, and being super tired, I completely forgot about my post. But the good news is....I'm back! 

Disneyland was awesome and I'll be doing a few blog posts about my trip and the races soon. Until then, let's rewind and see how the week went!

Monday: Stretching & Core Exercise
Tuesday: 4 Miles
Wednesday: 4 Miles
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Walked around the Expo and the streets of Anaheim
Saturday: Disneyland 10K-6.2 Miles
Sunday: Disneyland Half Marathon-13.1 Miles

The crazy part about my weekend to Disneyland were how many steps I took. Between walking and the two races, I totaled over 57 miles in three days. Wow!

There is nothing better than race season and I'm glad I kicked things off with Disneyland! Be on the lookout this week for my posts and lots of pictures!


  1. 57 miles in three days, wow! I forgot to pack my pedometer when I went to Disneyland and I was so bummed! I know it was definitely no where near that distance though. Great job this weekend I loved all the pictures and updates :)

    1. It was totally crazy...I couldn't even believe it! But it made so much sense to why my feet hurt! :o)
