Happy New Year everyone! With the beginning of a new year, most people are thinking about resolutions.
A firm decision to do or not to do something.
So what resolutions am I making this year? I decided that keeping things short and sweet will be my success! Asking myself these simple questions will keep me on track each day.
If each day allows me to do something different, something better, than I will be happy.
Do I have any specific goals for the new year? Sure. Some I'm willing to share right now and some I want to keep close to my heart for awhile.
- For running, I want to hit 1,000 miles this year. How did I get that number? My goal is to run at least 20 miles a week. If I hit the minimum each week, I'll end 2014 with 1,040 miles. That would be amazing!
- For me professionally, I'm ready to take risks. I'm ready for change.
- For my body, it's my vehicle to the future. From eating better and becoming stronger, I'm focused on a new me!
