Can you believe three weeks of #chiMarathon training have come and gone? Seriously, where is the time going?? This week on schedule was the same short runs and a shorter long run. It's weird though...I was mentally stressing out about my long run this week and it was "only" 6 miles. Running is just as much mental as it is physical.
There was one disappointment for the week....due to crazy afternoon weather here in Florida, I only made it to boot camp once this week. My goal is twice a week, but I'm not about to go out there in the thunder and lightning. Not to mention I'm a like a cat when it comes to the rain.
Here's how week three of training went:
Tuesday: 3 Miles
Wednesday: 5 Miles
Thursday: 3 Miles
Sunday: 6 Miles
Weekly Mileage: 17 Miles
Next week my Wednesday runs jump to 6 miles. And yes, I'm all nervous about it. It's crazy because I've been doing 5 miles, so what's one more mile. Must be something with the number six...ha, ha! Here's to a great week everyone!
