#chiMarathon Training: Week 4

Week four of #chiMarathon training. BOOM! This was a great training week. My weekly mileage was the best it's been in a really long time. And my runs rocked too! 

Here's how week four of training went: 

Monday: Boot Camp
Tuesday: Track Workout-3 Miles
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: 3 Miles
Friday: 11 Miles
Saturday: 6 Miles
Sunday: Rest
Weekly Mileage: 23 Miles

Tuesday I took it to the track. What an awesome workout! For my long run, I ended up doing it on the morning of 4th of July! I didn't want it looming over my head after a day of drinking and eating. On Saturday, I rocked all 6 miles at race pace. It was a hard but rewarding run! 

For the next two weeks, I'll be heading out on vacation. I'm excited to run with some different scenery! Have a great week everyone!
