First Six Weeks on Weight Watchers

It's been six weeks now since I've started Weight Watchers. I'm shocked how fast the time has flown by. I'll be very honest with y'all....at first I was nervous sharing with you and the whole world that I joined Weight Watchers. Part of me felt like a failure, but then part of me felt like I was finally taking control of my life. And I have to say, here I am six weeks later and it was the best decision I ever made.

Each week when I go to weigh in, it's a small victory. And these small victories are leading to a big victory.
Here I am six weeks later and I'm down 15.4 pounds. At first, I didn't notice much of a change in my body. But lately, my clothes are fitting so much different now...it's crazy! And people are starting to ask "are you losing weight?"

I wanted to share some things that are working for me:

-I love the Weight Watchers app! Tracking points is super easy and you can even scan labels!
-Going in every week to weigh in is the key to keeping me accountable. I do weigh in at home once mid-week to see how I'm doing too.
-I find myself eating a balanced diet now on a daily basis. Getting in all the right food groups is so important.
-I find the I'm not really hungry as much anymore.
-I do allow myself a cheat meal on Saturday after I weigh in. It's my reward to myself and then I have all week to work off the meal!

I'm about half way to my goal. Each week is small step to a big goal for me. I couldn't be more proud of myself and the changes I'm making. I'm nervous about Thanksgiving, but I'm not going to stress about the food choices I make. I'm going to enjoy things in moderation and make sure to exercise and build some activity points up!

Be sure to check in here on the blog or follow along with me on Instagram or Twitter where I post my weekly weigh in updates! I appreciate everyone's support!
