Our first stop was to the HP Field House where packet pick up was held. As you can see, we had no problems with waiting in lines. You had to stop at one area for the Jingle Jungle 5K and then another for the Wine and Dine Half Marathon. There was also a little runDisney backdrop photo area for taking pictures and there was some official race merchandise for sale. Once we picked up our packets, we headed over to the Jostens Center to get our race shirts and check out the merchandise and different vendors.
Now the crowds were definitely heaver in here, but they weren't out of control. We walked right up to get our shirts and we were also able to get in and out of the official race merchandise area without a problem.
We walked around to the different vendors. Our first stop was to the runDisney booth. I was dying to see the new Star Wars bling! Aren't the new medals awesome?!?
We stopped at a few more booths and then we took off. I can honestly say this was the first expo where I didn't buy a single thing. I don't know how or why it happened that way, but it did.
On our way out, I stopped for pics with the race weekend photo ops that are at the entrance to Wide World of Sports. I love that runDisney puts these up. It's all about the extras and these fit the bill for me!
